Dog Pack Adventures, Minimum Commitment

I agree that my dog will participate in a minimum of two pack adventures per week, as mutually agreed upon with Follow The Leda Ltd. This consistency is essential for pack stability, safety, and training outcomes.

Microchipping & Registration

All dogs must be microchipped and wear their current council registration tag during both adventures and homestays.
For legal reasons, dogs without a visible registration tag will not be able to participate in Adventures. The cancellation policy will apply for that day.

Retainer & Reserved Place Policy

Where a temporary pause in services of four (4) weeks or more per calendar year is requested (for example due to owner travel or personal scheduling), a 50% retainer fee will apply to hold my dog’s place in the pack, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

This does not apply in cases of genuine illness or injury affecting the dog.

Assumption of Risk & Responsibility

I understand that off-leash exercise and group activities carry inherent risks. I acknowledge and accept these risks for my dog’s participation with Follow The Leda Ltd.
I release Follow The Leda Ltd from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during my dog’s attendance and accept full responsibility for any such incidents.

Financial Liability

I agree that I am solely responsible for all veterinary, medical, and related expenses, as well as any damage or injury caused by my dog while in the care of Follow The Leda Ltd.

Medical Treatment Authorisation

In the event of a medical issue while my dog is in care, I authorise Follow The Leda Ltd to take any action deemed necessary for my dog’s safety and wellbeing.
I understand that I will be fully responsible for all costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Health & Vaccinations

I confirm that my dog is in good health and that it is my responsibility to ensure my dog is up to date with vaccinations at all times.

Contagious Conditions

If my dog is suspected of having kennel cough or any other contagious condition, a mandatory 14-day stand-down period must be observed before resuming services with Follow The Leda Ltd.

Behavioural Disclosure

I understand that it is my responsibility to fully disclose any history of behavioural issues, including aggression, reactivity, or biting, prior to my dog joining Follow The Leda Ltd services.

Invoicing & Payment

Invoices will be issued monthly, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur a 10% late payment fee, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Cancellations & Changes

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to scheduled services.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will be charged in full, except in the case of genuine medical reasons.

Homestay Bookings

During school holidays and public holiday weekends, a non-refundable 20% deposit may be required to secure a homestay booking due to limited availability.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Changes to Homestay Bookings

Any changes or cancellations to confirmed homestay bookings must be communicated as soon as possible.
Changes made after confirmation cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Full Disclosure of Other Care Services

I understand that I must inform Follow The Leda Ltd if my dog attends any other pack walking service, daycare, or dog care facility, to ensure safety and consistency.

Photo & Media Release

I grant permission for Follow The Leda Ltd to use photos and videos of my dog on their website and social media platforms for marketing and promotional purposes.
