Terms and Conditions

- Dog Pack Adventures:

I agree to ensure that my dog participates in a minimum of two pack adventures per week, as mutually agreed upon with Follow The Leda Ltd.

- Assumption of Risk and Responsibility:

I understand that off-leash exercise carries inherent risks, and I acknowledge and accept these risks for my dog's participation with Follow The Leda Ltd. I release Follow The Leda Ltd from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during my dog's attendance. I accept full responsibility for any such incidents that may occur during my dog's time with Follow The Leda Ltd.

- Financial Liability:

I am solely responsible for any medical care expenses and damages caused by my dog.

- Medical Treatment Authorisation:

In the event of a medical problem during my dog's care, I authorise Follow The Leda Ltd to take necessary actions for the safety and health of my dog. I will assume full financial responsibility for any expenses incurred.

- Health: 

I understand it is my responsibility to make sure my dog is up to date with vaccinations. I confirm my dog is in good health.

- Contagious Conditions:

If my dog is suspected to have kennel cough or any contagious condition, a mandatory 14-day stand-down period must be observed before resuming services with Follow The Leda Ltd. 

- Behavioral Issues:

I understand that it is my obligation to disclose any history of behavioral issues, such as aggression or biting, concerning my dog to Follow The Leda Ltd.

- Invoicing and Payment:

Invoices for services provided will be issued at the end of each month, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment for invoices is due within 14 days. Late payments will incur a 10% late payment fee, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

- Cancellation and Changes:

I understand that cancellations or changes to services require a minimum 24-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged in full, except for cancellations due to medical reasons.

- Homestay Bookings:

During school holidays and public holiday weekends, a non-refundable 20% deposit might be required to secure a homestay booking. Confirmation of the booking is subject to receipt of the deposit due to limited availability.

- Changes to Homestay Bookings:

Any modifications or cancellations to agreed homestay dates must be communicated to Follow The Leda Ltd as soon as possible. Changes made after the booking is confirmed cannot be guaranteed.

- Full disclosure: 

I understand I must tell Follow The Leda Ltd. if my dog attends another pack walker's service, day care or dog care facility.

- Photo Release:

I grant permission for Follow The Leda Ltd to post photos of my dog on their social media pages and website.
